Bobcat Company develops every machine to the highest standards of quality and durability. We back that up with a standard warranty that covers a full 2 years or 2,000 hours of usage, whichever occurs first. Equipment covered under this warranty include Bobcat skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders, compact excavators and large excavators. Coverage includes a 12-month/1000 hours replacement parts warranty (exclusions apply) if you purchase a genuine Bobcat part. Additionally, engine emissions components are protected for 3–5 years, depending on the machine’s engine horsepower.
This 2-year/2,000-hour warranty is standard with all Bobcat skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders, compact excavators and large excavators sold on or after Jan. 1, 2019. Bobcat equipment sold through Dec. 31, 2018, is still under the previous standard warranty, which covers 12 months and unlimited hours of usage.
Bobcat tractors are covered under our full base standard warranty of 2-year/1,500-hours, while equipment like the Bobcat Toolcat™ utility work machine, mini track loaders, telehandlers & small articulated loaders all come with 12 month, unlimited hours standard coverage. Owners of Bobcat utility vehicles can count on a 12 month standard warranty or 1,000 hours usage.
While Bobcat machines are known for durability and reliability, extended warranties add an extra level of protection against unexpected repairs. Protection Plus® extended warranty coverage beyond the standard warranty makes it easier to work more and worry less. Choose from three Bobcat extended warranty coverage options, including powertrain, powertrain + hydraulics or full machine coverage.
Protection Plus planned maintenance coverage, available with the extended warranty, helps protect you from repair costs and helps you avoid unplanned machine failures during busy times when you need to be at peak productivity. Maintenance items include fluids, filters and more on the equipment engine, HVAC components, hydraulic components and transmission. It’s another way Bobcat helps you expand your machine protection.
Protection Plus Used Equipment Warranty adds peace of mind to your used equipment purchase. The plan – backed by Bobcat, allows you to purchase additional protection on the powertrain, powertrain + hydraulics or full machine. Minimize repair costs and customize the coverage to your needs.
